Lauren Nease is a California board-certified Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Human Design guide, and Kindrêd Meditation teacher based in San Diego, California. She believes all aspects of a human are intrinsically linked–body, mind, spirit–and that each of us innately holds the capacity to heal when all these aspects operate in harmony.
