here to remember the space in eternity within —
an invitation to the very essence of you.

I was born and raised in San Diego. After traveling and residing in cities across the states and the globe, I received my BA at Westmont College, in Santa Barbara. I worked in the fashion industry for 10 years, and then was inducted into the world of natural medicine through my own personal autoimmune experience.

The diagnosis came in my early 20’s. In seeking treatment, I experienced the feeling of being unseen, unheard and mishandled within the conventional medicine model. I experienced multiple adverse reactions from pharmaceutical medications, and repeated failure in remission from autoimmunity. I soon realized I sought full recovery within a system that did not have time nor perspective to successfully address the unique patterns causing the disharmony in my body; I took matters into my own hands.

Through committed research and experimentation, I was able to discover natural remedies that not only helped soothe side effects, but completely healed certain ailments. My continued success on the path to healing involved working with and learning from a holistic nutritionist, a master herbalist and a naturopathic iridologist.

I started piecing together what health means and requires through the study and practice of Eastern Medicine at Pacific College of Health and Science, located in San Diego. Even more wisdom and healing made its way through experimenting with the Human Design system and in the beautiful transformative participation in Kindrêd meditation amongst this community.

I feel honored and grateful to help ease people’s sufferings through combining the wisdom of all three of these systems. I hope to empower my patients to take agency over their own healing journey so they can realize this truth: we are the arbiters of our own lives and health outcomes.

“Even your pain is a messenger from Love. A kindness pointing you toward healing and peace. Your pain is a sacred land. Not to live in. To journey through. Keep bravely moving. Only you can cross this mystic territory. What a gift.” -jaiya john
